The Artist holds the right to deny any commission at their discretion.

Total cost of a piece will be given before commencing and payment will be upfront.

I'll require at least 2 references before I start working on a project, or a very detailed description!

Revisions are free during the sketching phase granted they are in an acceptable quantity, any revision after the piece is complete will cost an additional 30-35 USD. Once the commission is completed requesting revisions that may completely alter the commission will not be accepted.

Any payment made is final, thus cannot be refunded.

Should the commission have yet to have started, and either the Artist or commissioner cancel, a refund will be granted.

If, due to personal circumstances on my end, I am unable to finish a commission, a complete refund will be made without question.

If a client wishes to cancel the commission midway a cancellation fee will be needed to be paid. The amount will vary depending on what stage the Artist is at and will be priced accordingly depending on if the work is for commercial basis or personal.

The Artist owns any and all rights to the work made through commissions. Do not credit it as your own. Personal use only. Unless you've paid for commercial use which will be 2x the base price (base price +100%).

The Artist holds the right to share any commission made for the client unless an NDA has been signed between the two parties. In case of commercial work the client may request the artist to hold posting the artwork publicly until the project is published (The Artist must be made aware of the date of publishing and has the right to post a couple hours before the project goes live).

Reposting of commissioned work is permitted, granted that credit is given!

I will not be working for clients that are unsure about what they want.

I won't draw NSFW. I'm okay with drawing blood and gore but nothing nude.

I require a minimum of 2-3 weeks for a illustration. This might change depending on the request. I'll charge more in case of a rush job.

The client will be updated reguarding the status of their commission once during the sketching phase so that they may ask for revisions if needed and once during the rendering stages (these revisions will be charged as mentioned above). During the time both parties are working together the client has full right to ask for updates and the Artist is to make sure that the client feels engaged and proactive during the whole creation process. However, the client should keep in mind that the Artist is also a human being and does other things in life than art so response times can take a while at times.
